What we do know is something has been brewing and coming
down the pike!

We know from the Investor Presentation Product Innovation or Acquisition was part of their core Mission.

We know the Company has engaged Medicus Research LLC to study worldwide scientific literature on
the benefits on medical marijuana to provide the knowledge and expertise to identify new products and
services as well as potential acquisition targets.

In a move to further strengthen its team and strategic advisors, GrowLife recently announced the formation of an
Advisory Board to guide the expansion of GrowLife into new business opportunities.
This Advisory Board will specifically advise the Company on future expansion strategies, areas of new operations and long-term growth
plans.

It's getting pretty exciting around here!
