what about PHOT and a seedbank? I'm curious why someone posted that yesterday. If phot got involved in distribution of seed, my ears would perk up. Do you know how much breeders of unique genetics are charging? It’s about $100-$150 for a single pack of 5-10 seeds for the core of a lot of higher quality seeds from established breeders.

If a grow shop were able to sell the seeds with their products, then you are cutting out all the externals and giving your customer every last thing they need to make it happen. It would be like selling tomato seeds in the garden section. Future growers wouldn’t be paranoid about having to get their seeds shipped from overseas shops. If they plan to sell seeds/clones of good genetics, this would seal it for me. If they will expand to have more shops, those shops will need to be stocked with good genetics and a number of low cost strains as well.

Lots of dispensaries sell clones in California, don't think I've seen genetics at a grow shop with no medical license.

Then you have this whole issue of seeds making it to states that aren't legal. People crossing border with them, more pressure on government to end this thing so law enforcement can get back to reduction of violent crimes.
