drcc1949; I relate to your disgust, disdain and loss
of faith. First of all AMRN pays PFUFA just like any
other Biotech and Pharma Co. That said, the Industry
ORG's that fund FDA want a resolution that lessens
the sting of breaking a precedent re; SPA. They probably
don't care about AMRN, but it took close to a year for
PHARMA and BIO to negotiate the recently passed PDUFA
legislation. That end result put more teeth into SPA's
and they are putting pressure on FDA. Thus IMO, it ain't
over til it's over. BIO would never capitulate on
protecting a company they represent, to help BP.
