I hear you. This whole thing reaks of disgusting, foul corruption. A gutless, greedy set of lawyers, an incompetent BOD (gifting themselves this 'stuff' (I don't see why) ). Yesterday someone here said to forget about escrow money for 6 years. Now it seems like forget about WMIH, as well.
