UPDATED :I am not happy with Masas' answer either, I think he is incorrect, but it is part and parcel of not mentioning the Pfizer name. In the make believe agreement I think they have, It stipulates that Pfizers name not be mentioned in regards to the litigation, to me that is the only answer.
Having read your next post makes my idea nonsensical It should be on the 10K Oh well I guess I'll live without it
