Not trying to scare just trying to wake them up this salt water taste a little bitter cause I drank all of it I can.

Here is a serious question cause even though about 4 people said different and one stated what Maza said in a email reply I still got doubt.

SEC says a Plantiff or Defendant must list all material ligation in 10k/footnotes if material!

If only defendants.Why does PFE list being a Plantiff 10Q? Its must be a materal event!
