By no means would it be an exact science. But given last quarters earnings put a modest quarter over quarter growth multiple. And run that out over a year to get an estimate for next years earnings. Obviously it could grow exponentially as rich stated in the annual. But use a conservative number to get an idea. .
Take the number from above multiply it out by 3 to 5 times, this is a common figure used when an individual is looking to buy a small business.
Finally add the value of the assets listed in the annual and that would be a way to figure a potential buyout price.
Of course the variable is the quarter of quarter growth multiple.
Again not an exact but at least we do have some concrete figures to work from now. We also have a positive trend to guide our decision.
I do not think it is if Disney has picked up on us yet but more if has RG gone a knocking on their door. The only way we get bought out is if RG courts the potential buyers and treats this like a hs senior without a date to the prom. Again all IMHO.
