So far I think Tom and Jim are doing a very good job and are being fairly compensated. If you want to see an example of CEO greed look no farther than Gigoptix. Gig's CEO has been continuously benefiting at the expense of the other shareholders. I was reading Gig's Yahoo Message Board. The posters over there are disgusted and giving up in mass.
