We need to go after them. Let me know if anyone has any knowledge in class actions. I will go feet first. Been sick about this for a long time.

I talked with CB today....and I don't even know why. In April or May he told me filings in 90 days...today he tells me he knew us to be on pinks and no reason to file anything. This is anybody's guess.

He's talking with his people..merger..reverse merger...start new...blah blah blah whatever. ...I hear it..but if it's not in my face in black and white...and raising the share price...it means nothing.

There is unfinished business with SEC...he doesn't even know why...
probably just formality.

Everyone needs to do what they need to do...I understand the legal action and would be willing to join some kind of class action, but I have no resources or expertise in the matter. AENP has my investment...and I want as much of it back as I can get. Unfortunately, shareholders sit way back in line...
