larry8, was that "no contact with the FDA" from a 'reputable' poster? (someone we're familiar with) I couldnt find it.

Frankly, I find this alarming if it's true that there has been no contact. I dont know what the proper proceedures are, but I surely thought they'd be in touch with the them. After all, we hear it in every CC: "we are in discussions with the FDA."
I thought ongoing communications were the norm.
Anyone??
