Re-read the filing... They mention "an independent consultant, who was subject to an SEC administrative order in March, 2010 barring the consultant from appearing or practicing as an accountant before the Commission, to assist in regulatory compliance relating to the preparation and filing of its financial statements, had caused the former accountant to conclude that it should not rely on the consultant for any accounting information regarding Registrant"

Here's a familiar person who was handed down an administrative order in March 2010:

And AEGY's statements don't seem to be completely factual if it is Hipple:

He was the Registered Agent and a manager:
CF Consulting is a FL corp. that Hipple recently chose to close...wonder why (used at AEGY/iEquity)?
