But, why not put Stephane as an officer at some level? I hope you do get to talk to him and ascertain whether or not he has a continuing role in the company.

Just surprises me that his name is nowhere to be found......

Please try to find out Stephane's role and that of Viatcheslav Makarov. If they are working together, what is the nature of the relationship: co-owners, boss/employee, etc.
