Honest confusion here.

I understand that Stephane has been the President of Novacab since inception, but if he is still the President, etc., why is the following person listed as the ONLY Officer according to Florida Corporation records.

I am sure that you have all discussed and figured this out, but I did not see the conversation about this.

Stephane's name does not appear anywhere on the corporation submission.

FYI: One of the first things that is going to happen is that they are going to change company symbols. Sebastian River Holdings Inc is dead so would think that they would submit for a new symbol to make the change...
