In fairness - it hasn't been just sitting at the same price. I can show you a ton of stocks in my portfolio that move on average .15 up/down for months. But they pay decent divi- so who cares. Ford bounces very nicely if you pay attention. How many times has it dipped into the 16.60 range only to snap back into 17's? There are plays to be made here.
It also tends to pop on random days with no real news- for no particular reason. keep watching.
