Thanks flybyday. So Brio being one of the sellers (6.2 million shares), in your opinion, and in my opinion (after re-reading the most recent 10-Q), the other could be Seifert or Tsunami??
Brio's and Seifert's issued shares are subject to leak out provisions, while Tsunami's is not.

And/or, it could be other parties involved.
