I don't know if I am reading it correctly they both have the "option purchase/ excercise". At .097. In no way are they being giving these shares for nothing. No matter what the price is at they have to purchase them at .097. So IMO they will exercise at much higher PPS in order to get more value.

Someone who actually knows how to interpret this 100% Should decider it

Yes I do know. All i am saying is Hayward did not sell shares yet. He can now sell shares above 10 cents for next 5 years. He got them for 0.001 which is negligible amount for him. Since he has not sold a single share yet, 5M is not a bonus

Or they can sell their options to someone else at anytime I believe. Or perhaps use them to grease the palm of another investor, Am I right AG ?

Yea the options are for free but that doesn't mean anything. They still have to purchase the shares at .097 cents like A1 was saying. It's in their interest now to keep the share price above 10 cents so they can exercise the option and actually make some money. This can also bring some cash into the business to keep up with our recent contracts which may be the real reason behind this.
