you reading it the wrong way, have you guys ever been granted a stock options? haven't you work in corporate America at all? you get options for free, you don't pay for it, you don't risk your own money, if stock drops below 10cents then those stock options just have no value, but you don't lose anything, you just don't make money, on the other hand if stock goes above 10cents per share you sell and pocket the price difference
