Let's say Mark Perry is guilty of every thing mentioned in your post. Let's say the SEC turns over their information to the DOJ. They prosecute him and find he guilty.

Put him under the jail!

Now. What has Perry done that put GTGP where it is today? James Fallalacaro, not Mark Perry, is the man that hasn't delivered financials or contracts. Fallacaro's actions , or lack of actions, is why GTGP is on the Greys. IMO, the only way GTGP will get off the Greys is if/when it is delisted.

Falla isn't even pretending to make a go of GTGP. The latest fsntssy is the PROXY!

BTW. What ever happened to the proxy?

"Mark Perry" is just an attention diverting shinny object. Falla is your guy.

oh wow, thanks for the clarification

even though buc stated that it was the SEC that was reviewing Mark C. Perry, it is now the DOJ, according to you

great stuff

You are correct. It is the DOJ. They do carry prison sentences, but given your obvious level of knowledge, you are already aware of this.

As the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York stated recently:
"In recent times, for example, we have pursued significant investigations and prosecutions of insider trading. Insider trading saps market confidence, cheats average investors, and victimizes the companies whose secret information is so often stolen in the scheme. As Southern District of New York Judge Richard J. Sullivan said recently upon imposing a sentence on an insider trading defendant: “I think this is a crime that does damage to the national economy and does damage that is pretty considerable, and that is the reason why the penalties are pretty high for this crime.”"

Always better to play by the rules than risk loss of livelihood, fines, and prison for a few dollars. Not worth it imo. Injures too many innocent people for reasons of personal greed. Poor risk/reward decision imo, but greed does blind people.
