So what's the Verdict??? I personally believe MIKP is Toast, largely in part of because of Mark's affiliation with Kistler and the other scum artists who have been convicted. Kistler's days are limited, he continues to spit right in the Face of Finra as though he is above the Law, check out his recent Junk. You do know they share offices together and have for almost 3 years, so go figure.
