It can be a JV, BUT:

If i am Philip Pascall, i don´t want it. I want have the Panama-Assets for solve my future risks (in connect with the goldrights from PTQ at the Cobre Panama Project)!

What will you do in his position???


That´s why i don´t see a JV coming, i see a buyout coming!


P.S.: This not must mean, that the business from PTQ in Panama will be finished for all time! Maybe PTQ will get soon a part of the Cerro Colorado Property. The indians there are now willing to negotiate about it :)

This is an misbelieve. Nothing will happen when the warrants are gone. Absolutely nothing. Like JAL explained several times. This is your wish, but the SP wont benefit on it. Call it a no event. Never ever seen a SP moving with an experation of warrants. never ever.
