It will always be a "threat". I understand what you mean about selling out under a buck, I would only ask, would you sell out for under a buck? I wouldnt.
Kim has money he has even less insentive than I do to accept a buy out. Get the PPS over $5 and you are talking about a different story

So now think about it.... How much money does Kim really need in cash?
He has 300M shares. At $1 he can sell 20M and be set.

If he sells out he loses the ability to have the fun doing it. Kim is not in this for money he is in it for the fibers and the new things he can try.

IMO Kim will eventually issue himself some super voting shares and retire most of his commons which will be a huge bonus to everyone. He will not do that until he can do it at the companys expense and not the shareholders.

Hi Chompiee,
I have said this before, but I feel that Kim will never let KBLB go for anything less than $15.00, and even that is way too low.

I honestly feel someone will buy us out for somewhere between $20.00 and $30.00 a share. As long as things continue as they are right now, we will be looking good several years from now.

Therefore, I do not feel there is any threat of Kim selling out prematurely. He loves this company way too much to let it go for a song and a dance. KBLB is his baby!

If it goes, it will go for a price that many folks cannot even comprehend right now and will not even believe right now, as I said above...

GO KBLB....

I am also very anti-buyout.
I have been burned before.

The good news is that Kim Thompson has a very personal, paternal interest in KBLB and all indications are that he will not sell out anytime soon or at any price less than 10s of dollars.

We are of course at his mercy in this as in most management decisions since he is the overwhelmingly controlling share owner.

I think that is a GOOD thing!
Given the shortsightedness of some shareholders or posters I am happy that they do not have any voice in the management of the company.
