I am also very anti-buyout.
I have been burned before.

The good news is that Kim Thompson has a very personal, paternal interest in KBLB and all indications are that he will not sell out anytime soon or at any price less than 10s of dollars.

We are of course at his mercy in this as in most management decisions since he is the overwhelmingly controlling share owner.

I think that is a GOOD thing!
Given the shortsightedness of some shareholders or posters I am happy that they do not have any voice in the management of the company.
