I believe they already know. They are complicit in this fiasco in my opinion. McMahon (not sure of the spelling anymore), a lawyer in the DOJ assigned to the WAMU bankruptcy case, a man I deeply respect for his character and honesty, was fired because he knew too much. After this we were represented by a totally lame individual in the DOJ.
