What's of more importance, to me at least, after reading all of that is, it doesn't seem like anything related to WSGI, imho. The RAID program/contract is an existing Raytheon deal, imho.
In addition to that $26.1 million, page 26 lists $14.8 million for Training, and pages 42-43 lists $95.9 million for helium, tether cables, and products providing power to the system(s).
Not saying that any of that relates to WSGI/LTAS.
In fact, it's not clear at all to me that it might. The numbers just don't jive with my thought of how it might relate.
