Where will MMRF get $$$ to keep these lawsuits going?
Unless Walgreens "settles" of course. Maybe that's the red eye settlement talks? If nothing comes out about this new facebook post of patent settlement talks, credibilty drops further, wouldn't you say?

Bob has done it before, hinted in one direction and the outcome be the absolute opposite.

Remember how the settlement discussions go:

Alleged infringer: We are happy to do a license to use your patents. What kind of money are you thinking about?

Bob: 1.4 million dollars

Alleged infringer: We were thinking more like $200,000

Bob: (insert bluster)

Alleged infringer: See you in court, hope you have lots of money to fight this case.

Bob: DOH!
