Any reason to believe this Facebook post that insinuates positive developments with patent settlement will turn out differently from the Facebook "peace talks" post that resulted in shareholder value being cut in half? Or is this just an attempt to prop up the share price so convertible note "investors" can dump their shares and bank a quick buck yet again?
