Upstock...you are 100% correct, the brokers, the DTC, and MM's are all screwing us to the wall on this deal and throwing out as much confusion and inconsistent info as possible. All this in an effort to let the MM's back out of a very bad problem that they created themselves. No matter how this plays out and no matter what games they try to play, all longs on this board who are holding their shares will get paid on this deal either by an increase in price or a MASSIVE shareholder lawsuit, either way we will win.
