Scottrade,ref post #21590. I read this post and decided to see what they had to say. Silas said the same. I needed to contact the TA and get the forms. He also said he had never heard of this before but that is what was in the email he had received on Tuesday regarding the divy's. Also the TA they gave me was not Holladay, which turned out to be wrong, 310-770-6689 was the number given to them by the DTC.I called that number and have yet to get a reply. I am only mentioning this because of the inconsistencies that I am reading on the boards. I have had problems with Scottrade mgmt, however, overall, I am happy with people I deal with on a daily basis there, but I think the DTC and MM's are playing games with all of us, brokers included. FWIW
