#2519 RE: hampstead #2518

Management doesn't seem to mind being a public Company. Since acquiring RHCO they have Converted or Paid Debts with stock at favorable prices to the company. They have made significant number of acquisitions using stock as primary consideration. And they even found a way to issue stock at 500-1000% (or more) above its market value (14,000,000 shares @ $.50 and 100,000,000 @ $1.00) for which I'm still perplexed as to exactly how that can be done.
It now appears they are considering increasing the number of authorized shares (hopefully for more acquisitions). If they do, and based on details of past few acquisitions in annual report, it doesn't look to me as though they care what the actual market value of the stock is based on its share price.
My question is: at some point large shareholders are going to want to cash out of some/all of their holdings. With little or no market for the shares, how will they do this???
