Your guess is as good as mine

The entire LightSquared FCC mess has so many turns and twist to it that I have given up trying to guess what direction it is going to take.

One minute you hear the FCC is reconsidering LightSquared original application with a few mods, to LightSquared is seeking new spectrum sharing agreement with FCC, to that the whole company is being sold to DISH and Charlie Ergen.

If Ergin buys LightSquared spectrum, I don't think that he would license any of the spectrum to current LightSquare partners and the LightSquared business model of being a wholesaler would probably no longer be viable.

But who know, anything can happen with the Government in the middle.
