Sir, you may know more about this as I am still doing some DD on PVSP. In regards to LightSquared, it appears that Dish Network will be the successful bidder on the LS assets and shared spectrum with the Feds. I have also read, unrelated to the link below that Dish is also interested in the telco industry, in fact they tried to buy Sprint and others. What, if any, might be the crossover benefit to PVSP as they are still listed as a LS partner.
