Paper firm Rock-Tenn Co. is closing its St. Louis recycling plant by the end of the year.

The Norcross, Ga.-based company filed a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act notification with the state of Missouri. The shutdown will affect 50 employees.
