FB announcement of 2-4 week lead time for parts(ex-works).
I think ex-works means ready for pickup at manufacturer so you still have delivery(WDRP responsibility for arranging and paying) time from China.

10-03-2013; end of week 1
10-10-2013; end of week 2
10-17-2013; end of week 3

Thursday; 10-24-13 will be end of week 4
