Like I said in my other post, MVTG has never, ever been a pink stock, it has always been OTCQB fully SEC reporting. Short of moving to NASDAQ or AMEX, MVTG is and has always been on the highest rank level, short of being listed on an exchange.
Furthermore the MVTG SEC reports have shown a level of detail that is an order of magnitude above most reports I have ever seen, be it Google, Apple or even IBM.
Last years summer R&D budget in an 8-K report had a line by line budget in it down to the number of and cost of the pencils, LOL ( JK, but at least it seemed that detailed.) But it was a shock to see that sort of detail in any penny stock. I had never even seen it in a big board stock (but for a Google, it would take a truck load of pages anyway, LOL)
