I was in Montréal yesterday. I swung by 4053 Vendome from the link sidedraft posted and it was a quadplex, but it's just the registered agent(which I didn't realize at the time).

Samsamsamiam posted the 3773 Côte-Vertu Boulevard address.
I didn't get out that way,Autoroute 40E/O to A-15 S/N is under heavy construction.
That location is owned by Redbourne Properties, the website indicates that Bureau 300 is available for lease(if the website is up to date).
