Agreed, Decent Read!

I think the light bulb went off in someones head with this GIFT program.
And they believe it will be a major Revenue line for the Business.

The only catch, they need Retail Store Fronts as their Operating
Base for the Program.
It has nothing to do with " desperation to a very tight
credit timeline ", as in a negative way.

I just think they know the climate conditions for the Marijuana
Industry is now.
They have an amazing plan, and time and capital, is of the
essence, as competition is hot on their trail.

The quicker they expand and roll out the Program, the
better, obviously.

I think the caveat is they have two online Superstores,
plus Phototron online store, with less Operating costs, but
takes in lots of Revenue.
Hence, helping to deal with the Capex issue.

I think having already opened 7 Retail Stores shows they
know what it takes to open and operate it's Store Fronts,
error or incompetency, is less likely to occur.

Growlife's Rob Hunt is an amazing asset for the Company.
He oversees Growlife Hydroponics and is well known throughout
the Hydroponic, Marijuana community.

Financials will be positive, great Revenues, but slightly
high Operating and Overhead costs, which is to be
expected.

But still nonetheless on pace for cash flow positive within
two years, or less.

Again, PHOT has some ways to go, but a .05 stock, no way.
We have all traded pennystocks with nothing but hope and
a dream, trading for a Quarter.

PHOT is much farther along than that!

Again it's recent news is genius, and worth any possible
future dilution, in my opinion.

The Revenue potentials are very promising!

According to the Gift Program:

They will provide Hydroponic equipment, Grow Lights,
Grow Tents, Green houses, Fans, Trim machines,
Irrigation Equipment, Pest Control, in exchange for
exclusiveness to use the Grow life brand products for
five years.

Growers keep more capital upfront to build their grows
and Grow life gets an extended commitment for the duration
of the agreement.
PHOT basically curbs the large cost for Equipment, by
spreading cost out for five years.

For select Partners, Warrants will be given in exchange for
a portion of the gross revenue.

That is a great prospect.
With all the talk of PHOT opening up their own Dispensary.
PHOT can be partners with Hundreds of Dispensaries all across
America.

Getting a portion of Revenues, without all the regulatory
red tape one deals with running a Dispensary.

Nice Job PHOT$$$
