The stock went up with John Scott who was the real deal...previously no bid or 0001 that's what you have to look forward to... Pawson since 2007 or others have announced several deals, but has never put anything together worth buying...look at the history and past performance do you due diligence...pawson is good at one thing selling shares diluting value increasing outstanding shares....there is no reason this should have not gone through except for pawson could not deliver a clean shell

As the press releases don't even make sense think about it a company is selling 80% or to Scott who has control new board new management and Pawson announces a rim company deal...who sells a company and enters a new agreement... answer NO ONE that was your warning the deal was not going forward
