There is no question there ARE filings - as they were posted.


And you called Finra for what? - to ask if there would be a r/s? a name change?
Again the filings in Florida pointed out the expected date would be October 20, 2013. So they wouldn't know it at this point. Plus they will need approval from FINRA. I assume they had nothing about that yet?

The question I wanted validated was whether Stephane from Novacap, Inc had knowledge of this LOI.

As we already read the press release from Peter M and saw the filings by Gerald Parker in Florida -there is no question those exist - other than the content is true or not.
