The question is not whether Ants can do business, but who has rights to the technology, and that would be Manchester and Co., Constantin, and common shareholders, in that order as best I can tell( the ADS might not fall so heavily within Manchester et al's grasp because of when the exchange notes were agreed upon). I know it's not clear(and maybe unlikely) if Ants and RDI have a relationship of some sort, but I don't see where it's impossible given the information you just supplied. A third possibility would be that the Manchester group seized the ACS and are now working with Frank.
