Nothing about the ACS rdi sells\supports says it has a connection to ANTs Software, Inc. (ASI) other than the software rdi has was developed by ASI.

If you call SOS Registrar in DE like I did, I believe you will find that ANTs Software, Inc. had its company charter revoked. Mar 1, 2013 if I remember correctly.
