Actually Tripp owns 50% (His partner is Chuch Smith) of Left Bank LLC which is 40% owner in Red Dice, making Tripp and Left Bank minority owners and MJNA Majority owner. Tipp can't just walk away from Red Dice and take the Dixie brand with him unless MJNA agrees.

Red Dice doesn't own Dixie Elixirs!

MJNA owns 60% of Red Dice and Dixie Elixirs owns the balance. So far, Red Dice has been a big fat flop, sucking up cash and not producing revenue. We know less than we should about it. All we know right now is that Tripp runs it and the only revenues are from Dixie Botanicals. In the future, they could get license/royalty from THC, but we don't know if CO will ever pay a dime (my guess is no, as Tripp isn't stupid). Red Dice reported ONLY internet sales - they apparently aren't able to verify the sales in stores. If you read the filings, you will see very clearly that MJNA is pissed. If you see what MJNA just did with the Cibaderm and Cibdex products, it's pretty clear that there are issues. As I have said, I think MJNA is fine without Red Dice being a contributor if it is indeed a long-term call option on THC. I would hope that MJNA will come up with bigger and better options too.

P.S. Dixie has lost two very talented ladies recently. Not sure what is going on there...
