Trip owns Red Dice........which owns Dixie. Unless I am uninformed Dixie is the only company that Red Dice owns?
MJNA owns 60% of Red Dice......which Trip owns.
Which means MJNA tells Trip where to stand.....which is not a check against Trip. It just means Trip can't walk as he made a deal with MJNA and until that deal is changed he can't walk.
I am not being argumentative here Alan....if I am wrong edcuate me.....same situation but more clarified?
