ICAN also supposedly has been going through a buyback. Since it was sitting at .0001 for so long, if they are even close to what they have been reporting for revenues, there is a chance that O/S could be a little lower.

Nonetheless, even if the whole 10B is O/S with no restrictions, ICAN could very easily see .001 with news of official filings.
