Do you really think that Apple would let that happen when Apple's license with IDCC expires in 2014?

To me, this sets up a simple solution. I would not be surprised if msft instructed nok to appeal domestic industry to the SCOTUS, knowing that an official turndown would pave the way for IDCC to be in play. Nok purchases infrastructure patents from IDCC and MSFT buys out IDCC, with over $1 billion in cash on the books, so $70 would not be out of the question. Win, win, win for everyone, unless you are in the $200 camp. jmo
