iEquity said they will distribute in the application.........
for PharmaJanes. Allyn/Benz said they won't in the CC. Regardless, it's still the MMJ biz and ILLEGAL under federal law.
We know what PJ is suppose to be all about, which is getting MMJ from the collective to the patient. PJ is suppose to facilitate that transaction through Simple PerPay, which is suppose to be credit card processing, and major credits DO NOT ALLOW marijuana related transactions to occur. THAT IS ILLEGAL AND MONEY LAUNDERING.
Here's Simple PrePay's trademark info:
Word Mark SIMPLE PREPAY Goods and Services IC 036. US 100 101 102. G & S: Credit card and payment card services. FIRST USE: 20130515. I guess we need to let the USPTO they want to use Simple PrePay for MMJ transactions. iEquity obviously didn't let them know.
Now the response from the USPTO for the PharmaJanes app:
Registration is refused because the applied-for mark, as used in connection with the goods and/or services identified in the application, is not in lawful use in commerce. Trademark Act Sections 1 and 45, 15 U.S.C. §§1051, 1127.
