High short interest is usually a great sign for the Longs

What I look for to signal a reversal is inside selling
or Company dumping, PHOT has seen mostly retail selling.

Or paid pumps by the Company.

Which is not PHOT's MO.

And lots of Big Block accumulation going on here as well.

Shorts are treating this like a typical pennystock, it's habit.

But PHOT is far from that.

They are not as smart as you think.
