Short percentage remains strong. Is what has kept Phot so low even though have had a big move off three. When shorts are wrong are really wrong. They are considered the smartest bunch of the bunch. Hope they continue to be wrong.

Are they here to detect fraud? I don't think so. Here as price is too high? Short percentage has been high for a spell.... Thats not working. Are they prohibitionist doing the shorting as know something we don't?

Whats the rational behind 35 something percent short interest?
