IMHO it is not the LSS and it is not Boulder. It is only a logic conclusion of my thorough dd.

the real significance of today is that this prototype operates at much lower voltage than Lithium Niobate and has greater bandwidth and costs less to purchase than Lithium Niobate which is used today in the Telecom etc networks-


so step by step .......
