Yes, you can. The company diluted the snot out of its shareholders. But that, alas, does not violate any SEC regulations, unless unregistered stock was illegally sold into the market.

yeah, anyone can look at the chart and the well documented dilution of DHSM and see exactly what has happened here.

what exactly do you propose FINRA and the SEC do to stop these scammers from diluting all value out of shareholders?
