Anyone can make up rules and regulations and laws - but if they are not enforced - might as well not have any. The SEC selectively enforces. Just read all of the whistleblower info when a workerbee at the SEC starts getting too close to the truth - they get fired.

DHSM is no different. You can look at the chart and see what has happened here. It is not rocket science. Yet the SEC and FINRA does nothing. Even when information is brought to them on a silver platter - they ignore. I have seen it first hand.

Hoping other 3 letter agencies are looking into this as well. GLTA
